Please note that we work with Designers from all around the world that have different shipping rates depending on their location and capacity. You may find the shipping and return policy under each product.



PLEASE NOTE


Orders that are returned because of an invalid address may incur a shipping charge if they are re-shipped. After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, Élange cannot be held responsible or liable for any lost or stolen packages. 


Make sure that you enter the correct billing address and contact information as it appears on your bank or credit card statement. Transactions may not go through if the information entered does not match exactly what your bank or credit card provider has on file. Make sure to also enter the correct shipping address (street number, unit # and street name, city, province/state, and postal code/zip code) as we are not liable for packages that are sent to the wrong address when the address information is not entered correctly.

 

 

RETURN AND EXCHANGES

 

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

To make any return or exchanges you must send Élange Studios an email info@elange.com along with your name and order number after receiving your package within 14 days. We will provide you with instructions and a return address to ship to. All designers featured on Élange have their individual Return/Exchange policy. Please click on an item to see its policy. Please note your package must be received within the number of days in return policy for each designer. All returned items will be inspected to see if you qualify for a refund (we will not accept worn merchandise). Please refer to our returns policy for further information on how to return your packages. All jewelry, intimates, swimwear, and art-objects are final sale. *We highly recommend you ship via a trackable shipping option as we are not liable for missing packages.* we have the right to deny any item that does not meet our return standards.


WHAT IS THE RETURN PERIOD?

All designers featured on Élange have their individual Return/Exchange policy. Please click on an item to see its policy. Please note your package must be received within the number of days in return policy for each designer


DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING OF MY RETURN?

Yes, you are responsible for all return shipping costs if applicable. Élange Studios and our designers will not be responsible for lost returns so we recommend you choose to ship with tracking. Note: please indicate "RETURN, NO DUTIES" on the package, otherwise the package may be returned to you.


MAY I RETURN MY ITEMS WITHOUT CONTACTING YOU?

No. You must contact us before sending your return, as the return address may be different from the address your order was originally shipped from. We cannot guarantee refunds for merchandise returned without contacting us at info@elange.com


WHAT DOES FINAL SALE MEAN?

All items marked final sale have been reduced in price and cannot be returned for a refund or exchanged for a different size, color, or style. before placing your order. If you send a “Final Sale” item back to us for a return we will not be able to process a refund. No exceptions will be made for sizing, fit, or fabric issues. We understand that buying Final Sale items can be tricky, so if you have any questions about sizing, fit, or material, please email us info@elange.com


WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

A full refund will be provided to the original method of payment after we have received the items and inspected that they comply with our return policy. Élange reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply with our return policy. Returns that do not respect our policy may be sent back to the original shipping address at our discretion, you will be notified via email. You will receive an email once we issue a refund. Some financial institutions can take up to 2 to 5 business days to process the refund. Please allow a few business days for your financial institution to reflect the refund on your statement.
